Monitoring

We have successfully deployed upgrades to all potentially affected servers in the Ireland region, both on Sandbox (Dec. 2nd) and Production (Dec. 3rd) to prevent further occurrences of this issue.

Investigating

We have been made aware of an issue affecting the Ireland2 shared environment which manifests in intermittent errors over the UI and in API responses. It appears that this may have been a temporary issue, and that normal service has since resumed, but we are still investigating to confirm this as well as establish the root cause.
