Scheduled maintenances
We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window for your Production environment.
We’re planning to upgrade AWS RDS MySQL minor version.
It will require up to 20 minutes of downtime while CBE and other capabilities databases restart.
Thank you for your understanding.
Mambu will be performing infrastructure maintenance to enhance storage solution on your production environment. During the change we will be closely monitoring environment to ensure no impact of Mambu application.
Kubernetes production update. No downtime expected
We’re performing scheduled maintenance on a infrastructure to apply important infrastructure updates. This will be a rolling restart, meaning we’ll restart one server at a time to minimise disruption.
While there will be no service downtime, you might experience a brief increase in latency or a few retries during this time. Any potential impact is expected to be short-lived, lasting 2–5 minutes in total.
